.DISCUSSION...
Steady temperatures around 100 degrees will persist for Wednesday
and Thursday before a slight cooldown entering the weekend. MinRH
values will hover around 20 percent with overnight recoveries
around 35-40 percent. Winds will be relatively light, mainly
diurnally driven, upsloping during the day and downsloping at
night; a few stronger gusts are possible along the surrounding
ridge. There is a slight chance (around 5 percent) for afternoon
precipitation greater than 0.01" on Wednesday, though better
chances are for the Sierra crest to the east.
