.DISCUSSION...
A cooling trend will continue today and into the weekend, with
temperatures around 60 degrees this afternoon, but in the mid to upper
40s tomorrow. MinRH values will improve for tomorrow before
decreasing near 30 percent Sunday and Monday. Southwest winds will
be present today, with stronger gusts approaching 15 mph at the
surrounding ridge. There is a 60 to 70 percent chance for wind gusts
to exceed 20 mph in the next hour, but chances will be decreasing
through the remainder of the afternoon. Overnight winds will be
light and downsloping. Winds will be out of the northwest tomorrow,
though lighter than today. Clear conditions are expected today,
with an increase to mostly sunny (25-50 percent) tomorrow
afternoon with cloud cover mainly in the Sierra foothills.
