.DISCUSSION...A storm system is expected to impact Central
California this afternoon through Friday evening, with snow
likely for the Sierra Nevada, and rain for the Valley and
locations below 4500 feet. Increased winds are also expected
as the system passes through, especially for the Mojave Desert
Slopes. Another system will bring a chance for some light
precipitation along increased winds on Sunday night and Monday
morning. Below normal temperatures are expected from Friday
through Monday,
