Dry conditions will continue to dominate across the region.
Wind Speeds over the higher elevations will slowly decrease
this morning through this evening. Relative humidity values
are expected to decrease on Wednesday with minimum daytime
humidity below 15 percent in the Kern County Mountains and
Deserts; however, this will coincide with the decreasing
wind speeds. Minimum humidities will remain below 20 percent
in these areas through Friday. Higher relative humidity
values along with cooler temperatures are expected for the
weekend.
