A ridge of high pressure over the West will keep the district
hot and dry during the period. Moderate to poor humidity
recovery will also be expected. Breezy winds during the
afternoon and early evening over the favored locations.
Otherwise, light diurnal winds expected. The dry conditions
and winds over the Kern Desert has elevated the fire weather
concerns and afternoon RH`s drop to single digit values. No
thunderstorms are expected for the next several days.
