.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Moist east to southeasterly flow will persist. An upper level
disturbance passing over the state will trigger locally heavy
showers or thunderstormst today through Friday. High pressure to
the northeast of the state will strengthen over the weekend.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-

.REST OF TODAY...East southeast winds 5 to 15 knots with periods of
variable winds Kauai and Oahu waters. East to southeast winds 10
to 20 knots Maui County and Big Island waters. Seas 3 to 5 feet
building to 5 to 8 feet Kauai waters by this evening. Wave
Detail: East southeast 2 to 3 feet at 5 seconds. Northwest
building to 4 to 7 feet at 13 seconds this afternoon. Scattered to
numerous showers with isolated thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...East to southeast winds 10 to 15
knots becoming east at 10 to 20 knots Friday. Seas 6 to 9 feet
subsiding to 5 to 7 feet late Friday. Wave Detail: East southeast
1 to 3 feet at 5 seconds. Northwest 5 to 7 feet at 13 seconds.
Scattered heavy showers with isolated thunderstorms.
.SATURDAY THROUGH MONDAY...East winds 10 to 20 knots. Seas 5 to 6
feet. Scattered showers.
