.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
 A broad trough north of the islands will keep trade winds at
gentle to moderate strength into Tuesday. Building high pressure
to the north will drive stronger easterly trade winds Wednesday
and Thursday, while a disturbance aloft brings instability.
