...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING
THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and sleet possible. Total snow accumulations
  of up to 5 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of
  an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Texas.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on dangerous road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy bands of snow and sleet possible late
  Monday night through early Tuesday afternoon. Exact locations of
  these bands are uncertain. Possible heavier bands of snow could
  result in accumulations up to 5 inches.
