...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY AND
NORTHWESTERN HARRIS COUNTIES THROUGH 415 PM CDT...

At 346 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Jersey Village, moving north at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Tomball, Jersey Village, Spring Branch West, Addicks Park Ten, Spring
Branch North, Spring, Greater Greenspoint, Hooks Airport, Westbranch,
Fairbanks / Northwest Crossing, Willowbrook, Cypress, Carverdale,
Greater Inwood, Spring Branch Central, and Memorial.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
