  Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
  Galveston Bay...

* Until 430 PM CST.

* At 257 PM CST, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 31 nm north of Trinity Bay to 33 nm northwest of
  Bastrop Bay, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. Possibly higher within locally
           stronger storms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  East Galveston Bay, Galveston Ship Channel, West Bay, Upper San
  Jacinto Bay, Scott Bay, Galveston Bay Entrance, Galveston Bay,
  Tabbs Bay, Burnet Bay, Offatts Bayou, North Jetty, Galveston Pier
