* At 531 AM CST, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 26 nm north of Turtle Bay to 9 nm northeast of Port
  Lavaca to Seadrift, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  East Matagorda Bay, Port Lavaca, Matagorda Ship Channel, and
  Matagorda Jetty.
