* At 950 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 63 nm north of Crystal Bay to 32 nm northwest of
  Burnet Bay, moving southeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Galveston Bay Entrance, Galveston Bay, Burnet Bay, Offatts Bayou,
