Survey Summary:
In the early morning hours of July 8, a waterspout associated with
the outer rain bands of Hurricane Beryl moved onshore near Jamaica
Beach. The tornado remained on the ground for just over a mile,
resulting in damage to power poles as well as significant damage
to a home. A survey of the area resulted in the determination
of EF1 damage.

EF0.....65 to 85 mph
EF1.....86 to 110 mph
EF2.....111 to 135 mph
EF3.....136 to 165 mph
