* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt,
  rough bay waters, and seas 6 to 11 ft.

* WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds may occasionally gust above 35 kt.
  Winds transition from southeast to the northwest on Saturday
  evening in the wake of a cold front.
