That said, there are still some very localized patches of fog across extreme southern Galveston Bay and adjacent Gulf waters where visibilities quickly drop below 1nm. Conditions should continue to improve the next few hours, but mariners are advised to consider these conditions before beginning or continuing their transits. $$
