.DISCUSSION...
Northeasterly winds gradually transitions over to southeasterly
later today leading to a gradual trend of increasing moisture
over the weekend. Afternoon RH values will be in the 30s and 40s
percent range into Saturday and further increasing on Sunday
ahead of a couple of weather disturbances. Potential for patchy
fog begins tonight for areas south of Interstate 10 and may
prevail through the weekend along the coast.
