.DISCUSSION...
Clearing skies and gusty northwest to north winds have developed
across Southeast Texas and will persis through the day. Look for
sustained winds around 15 mph this morning, slipping only into the
10-15 mph range later in the day. Gusts in the 20s to around 30
mph are on tap for this morning, settling closer to 20 mph late in
the day. As drier air shoves into the area, humidity will drop
even further today. Minimum RH this afternoon looks to fall into
the 20s both today and tomorrow, with poor overnight recovery to
around 50 percent tonight.
