.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Light to occasionally heavy showers with a few storms will
continue tonight along and behind a cold front that is currently
well offshore. Windy north to northwest winds are expected with a
potential for some gusts near gale force through this morning.
Strong offshore winds will persist today and will likely result in
below normal water levels. Winds and seas will begin to subside
late tonight and favorable marine conditions are anticipated for
much of next week.
