including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Caution flags are in effect today offshore as sustained winds
increase to 15 to 20 knots, with wind speeds at times bordering
on advisory levels. A weak boundary is expected to move through
the area later today, briefly shifting winds to the southwest.
There might be a brief window of opportunity for sea fog during
the early morning hours on Thursday near the coast and in the
bays. Another frontal boundary is expected to push offshore on
Saturday, bringing a shift to offshore winds.
