Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda
Bays.

1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Showers and thunderstorms along the upper Texas coast are
producing variable, and sometimes gusty, winds across the waters
this morning. This activity should diminish in areal coverage this
afternoon and prevailing wind directions should swing back around
to the east and southeast. Otherwise, mainly light onshore winds
and low seas are anticipated. Daily seabreezes will kick wind
speeds up into the 12 to 17 knot range in the afternoons and
evenings near the coast and bays. Mariners should expect scattered
late night through afternoon showers and thunderstorms each day
into Saturday.
