.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Light northwesterly winds will swing around to an onshore
direction by tonight with winds and seas increasing going into
midweek. Small craft will need to exercise caution, and Small
Craft Advisories may be needed at times. Stronger winds could also
lead to strong rip currents along the beaches and higher water
levels in and near the bays. Winds decrease near the end of the
work week into the upcoming weekend.
