including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Winds remain moderate with occasional gusts to around 20 kts this
evening and seas have subsided to around 4 feet. Expect conditions
to continue to improve overnight. Beyond today, generally light
to moderate winds and low seas are expected. Onshore flow resumes
on Tuesday before a brief period of offshore winds return on
Friday with the arrival of a weak dry front.
