.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Caution flags remain in effect throughout the course of the day as
east winds gradually increase into the afternoon. A Small Craft
Advisory has been issues for the offshore zones with wind speeds
expected to reach around 20 knots this afternoon. Elevated winds
will continue into Monday, and additional cautions and/or
advisories are likely. Aside from a limited chance of showers
today, rainfall chances remain very low for the foreseeable
future. A cold front will approach the area early on Tuesday,
resulting in a shift to northeast winds but not any thunderstorm
activity.
