Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ300-011930- 1220 AM CST Mon Dec 1 2025 .Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM including Galveston and Matagorda Bays. Gusty north to northeast winds continue tonight. Observation sites in the bays and Gulf waters are reporting gusts of 20-25 kts. Small Craft Advisories are in effect through this morning. Another upper level disturbance will move through later tonight into tomorrow bringing another round of rain and embedded thunderstorms.
