.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Generally favorable marine conditions are anticipated for the next
several days. Light to moderate winds will vary in direction at
times, but generally between northeast and southeast. Water
levels will be running above normal due in part to the moon phase
and existing easterly fetch.
