Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A near E-W surface ridge draped across the central waters will
move E as a front nears the NW waters tonight. The front will move
SE over the NW waters Thursday, then stall over the central
waters Friday. High pressure will gradually build N of the area
Sunday.

ft, higher N of 24N. Isolated thunderstorms far NW waters.
.THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT...Front passing across NW waters. W
of front, N NE winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 9 to 12 ft. E of front, E
SE winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 7 to 9 ft. Scattered or isolated
thunderstorms along or W of front.
.FRIDAY...Front stalled across central waters. W of front, NE
becoming E winds 15 to 20 kt. E of front, E winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas
7 to 10 ft, higher N waters. Isolated thunderstorms far N waters.
.SATURDAY AND SUNDAY...W of 158W, variable winds up to 10 kt.
Elsewhere, E SE winds 5 to 15 kt except S of 16N where E winds 15
to 20 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft Saturday, 6 to 9 ft Sunday.
.MONDAY...NE E winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 11 ft.
