nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A surface ridge will persist along 30N today, then weaken and
shift southward on Sunday, leading to a slight decrease in trade
winds. The ridge and a larger surface high will strengthen N and
NE of the area Wednesday.
