Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A weak high pressure ridge will remain over the area through
Tuesday. A cold front is then forecast to move across the NW
waters late Tuesday into Wednesday, then retreat back to the W on
Thursday as a trough. Isolated thunderstorms may affect the far NW
waters through Friday in association with the front and trough.

winds 10 to 15 kt. W of 160W, SW winds up to 10 kt, becoming W 10
to 20 kt in the late evening and overnight. Seas 6 to 8 ft.
