nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A front over the NW waters will lift slowly N today. Another
front will move into the NW waters Sunday, then weaken into a
trough and dissipate over the NW waters Monday, as strong high
pressure builds to the north of the area.
