Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A weak high pressure ridge will remain over the region through
Monday and allow for gentle to moderate SE flow to persist. A
front is expected move across the NW waters on late Tuesday, then
retreat back to the W by Thursday. Isolated thunderstorms may
affect the far NW waters.

Seas 10 to 15 ft, decreasing 10 to 13 ft overnight. Isolated
thunderstorms N of 23N.
.MONDAY THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT...Ridge over central waters. N of
ridge, S to SW winds 5 to 15 kt. S of ridge, E to SE winds 5 to 15
kt. Seas 7 to 11 ft, decreasing to 7 to 9 ft Monday night.
Isolated thunderstorms N of 23N.
.TUESDAY...Cold front entering NW waters. W of front, NW winds 5
to 15 kt. E of front, SE to S winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft.
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms W of 160W.
.WEDNESDAY...Cold front over NW waters. W of front, N to NE winds
15 to 25 kt. E of front, E winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 10 ft,
highest NW waters. Isolated thunderstorms NW half.
.THURSDAY...Cold front over far NW waters. W of front, NE winds
15 to 25 kt. E of front, E to SE winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 10
