Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
High pressure far northeast of the state will drive gentle to moderate
easterly trade winds into Monday while an upper level disturbance
weakens east of the state. A surface low will develop northwest
of the state Monday into Tuesday weakening and shifting winds out
of the south southeast and bringing a chance of thunderstorms. The
low will move northeast of the state during the second half of
next week.
