...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM HST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots with higher gusts
  developing in the typically windy areas surrounding Maui and
  the Big Island.

* WHERE...Maalaea Bay, Pailolo Channel, Big Island Leeward
  Waters and Big Island Southeast Waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in these conditions.

  waters surrounding Kauai. Also northeast winds 15 to 25 knots
  with higher gusts across Big Island windward waters and through
  Alenuihaha Channel.

* WHERE...Kauai Northwest Waters, Kauai Windward Waters, Kauai
  Leeward Waters, Kauai Channel, Oahu Windward Waters, Kaiwi
  Channel, Maui County Windward Waters, Alenuihaha Channel and
  Big Island Windward Waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Friday.
