...SLOW-MOVING THUNDERSTORM OVER WATERS JUST SOUTH OF OAHU...

The areas affected include...
  Oahu Leeward Waters...

At 604 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 25 knots, and cloud to surface
lightning strikes. This thunderstorm was located over the near
shore waters just south of Oahu, moving northwest at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Pearl Harbor and Barbers Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 25 knots...locally higher
waves...and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
