.DISCUSSION...
Light to locally moderate trade winds will hold today allowing for
hybrid tradewind/seabreeze flow to develop in the afternoon. An
upper level low near Kauai and Oahu will continue to allow for
locally heavy showers and a slight chance for thunderstorms.
Expect stronger trade winds to gradually return tonight into
Monday. More stable conditions will develop during the week as
the upper level low weakens to a broad trough and shifts eastward
Tuesday.
