...An area of heavy snow showers will affect central Oxford...central
Somerset...southern Franklin and northeastern Carroll Counties...

At 750 AM EST...An area of heavy snow showers was along a line
extending from 12 miles north of Carrabassett Valley to 13 miles
north of Fryeburg...and moving southeast AT 25 MPH. A quick inch or
two of snowfall may occur along with gusty winds and very lowered
visibilities

Locations impacted include...
Jay, Waterford, Carrying Place, Strong, Lexington, Stow, Woodstock,
Mount Abram, Industry, Carthage, Lovell, Highland Plantation, Town Of
Washington, Wyman, Bethel, Albany, Byron, Greenwood, Wilton, and
Rumford.

This also includes...
  Speckled Mountain, Saddleback Mountain, Sugarloaf Mountain, Crocker
Mountain, and The Bigelows.

  * Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a half mile in this
  area of heavy snow showers.

  * Sudden and brief snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are
  possible in this area of heavy snow showers.
