...LOCALLY DENSE FOG AND SLIPPERY SPOTS EARLY THIS MORNING...

Fog will be locally dense early this morning, through about 5 am
before beginning to lift. In addition, temperatures falling to
around freezing will allow for locally icy road conditions.

Motorists planning travel overnight into early this morning
should be prepared for patches of black ice. Roads that look wet
might be icy...especially across bridges and overpasses.
