.DISCUSSION...
Critical fire weather conditions are forecast today for much of
southern and central New Hampshire. The driest conditions will
see
minimum relative humidity values fall to the upper teens. While
it
will be windiest over central Maine, these very dry conditions
may
combine with northerly wind gusts of 20 to 25 mph at times.
Clouds
will try and increase from the east but are not expected to reach
New Hampshire today. Precipitation chances also continue to
diminish as showers dry up as they move southwest today and
tonight. Wetting rains are unlikely through the middle of next
week. Slight moderate of the air mass is anticipated Saturday,
but
minimum relative humidity values may still sneak into the 20s
across southern New Hampshire and winds will be gustier in the
afternoon.
