.DISCUSSION...
ENE winds increase today becoming gusty, but so too do RH values.
Showers develop in southern NH this afternoon, slowly spreading
north tonight. Steadier rainfall follows, again slowly pushing
north through Monday. Through Tuesday, this system is expected to
bring wetting rain to most of the area, with greater than an inch
for much of southern NH and far southern ME. Locations missing out
on much of the beneficial rainfall may be portions of the western
ME mountains and central Somerset Co.
