A developing Nor`Easter tracks across the eastern Gulf of Maine late
today and tonight. Northerly gales follow the system for tonight. An
Arctic front will cross the waters Thursday and bring another period
of potential northwesterly gales and cold conditions. High pressure
will build in Friday and allow winds and seas to gradually diminish.
