.Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River Ma out to 25 NM
A cold front will approach the waters this afternoon and evening.
Ahead of the front areas of fog will linger over the waters, and may
be locally dense at times. As the front approaches, scattered showers
and thunderstorms are possible with stronger storms possibly
containinggusty winds and heavy rainfall. After a brief break
Wednesday, another front will approach Thursday with additional
showers and storms. High pressure is expected to build in behind that
front and linger into the weekend.
