Updated for moderate risk of lightning for Guam today.

.DISCUSSION...
There is a moderate risk of rip currents along north and east facing
reefs and a low risk along south and west reefs. The surf is expected
rise a foot or so as another pulse of northerly swell moves through
the region this weekend. Surf is expected to remain just below 9 feet
at this time. There is a moderate risk of lightning for Guam today.
