.OUTLOOK...Surf and winds look to increase further starting Sunday,
as multiple pulses of stronger north swell and fragments of a shear
line make their way across the region. This, in turn, may allow
hazardous surf and a high rip current risk to develop along north
facing reefs, and a high rip current risk along east facing reefs
starting Sunday and into early next week.
