.DISCUSSION...There will be a moderate risk of rip currents along
east facing reefs and beaches, with a low risk elsewhere. A long-
period north swell from distant Typhoon Halong will increase surf
along north facing reefs and beaches, with a moderate risk of rip
currents by Saturday. There will also be a moderate risk of
lightning the next few days.
