...RED FLAG WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 6 PM CHST THIS EVENING FOR GUAM...

A shear line feature is expected to increase cloud cover and
showers over Guam the next couple days, resulting in afternoon
relative humidities that are expected to be outside Red Flag
Warning criteria. KBDI and breezy conditions still indicate that
fire danger is in the "Very High" category, although critical
conditions are not expected. That being said stronger winds,
especially in higher terrain, still pose a threat for any fires
that may start.
