...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 5 PM CHST THIS AFTERNOON...

Wind observations show that wind gusts over 20 kt have become
less frequent, and sustained winds have fallen below criteria, at
around 15 to 19 kt. Tanapag buoy data shows combined seas around 7
or 8 feet near Saipan. As the the trade wind surge across the area
is diminishing and conditions have fallen below hazardous levels,
the Small Craft Advisory is cancelled.
