0.67 inches of rain fell yesterday at Guam International Airport,
which allowed the KBDI to continue it`s falling streak, as it sank to
259, which is back in the low category. Wetting rains have become
unlikely again today as scattered showers have pushed off to the west.
Antecedent moisture will continue to keep a lid on fire activity for
the next few weeks at least. Nevertheless, caution is still
recommended for any outdoor burning during periods when fresh to
strong trade winds are present.
