...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CHST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Guam.

* WHEN...Until 300 PM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 111 PM ChST, Doppler radar has indicated heavy rain.
    Trained spotters have reported minor flooding is already
    occurring in the advisory area.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot,
    Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo,
    Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti,
    Santa Rita and Umatac.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
