GUAM...

Heavy showers and thunderstorms have pushed to the west of Guam and
stream gauges show that water levels are receding.

Preliminary rain gauge observations show nearly 2 inches of rain
fell in the past 30 to 45 minutes. While no additional heavy rains
are expected, waters will be slow to recede in some areas. Please
continue to exercise caution while driving.
