...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for Guam and Rota.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Heavy showers and
thunderstorms did develop as Tropical Storm Man-yi moved
west-southwest and then passed south of Guam earlier this morning.
However, these heavy showers and thunderstorms remained south of the
circulation passing about 45 to 50 miles south of Guam. Continue to
monitor the forecast for the latest info on Tropical Storm Man-yi as
it pulls away from the Marianas.
