.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Buoys show seas of 4 to 6 feet
while altimetry data shows seas of 5 to 7 feet over waters east of
the Marianas. Seas are expected to continue to slowly subside,
dropping to between 3 and 5 feet around the middle of the week.
Gentle to moderate trade winds will become mainly gentle Monday
night, then are expected to continue through the forecast period.
