.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Tropical Storm Jebi is centered
about 410 miles north-northwest of Saipan. Jebi has moved away from
the far northern Marianas, and the tropical storm warning was
canceled this morning for those location. Winds are expected to be
light to moderate for the Marianas. Seas of 3 to 5 feet will continue
through Wednesday.
